We can pre-wind your yarn onto a dye pack in preparation for the dyeing process. We have SSM precision winders that produce a high quality dye cone with the perfect density to allow an even flow through the dye pack during the dyeing cycle.
We have two RF Systems driers. The driers have automated settings to ensure that no matter what the substrate is that is being dried is, it will be dried perfectly leaving the correct moisture in the yarn.
We can dye various batch sizes between different ranges of weights in between 40 up to 600kg. We have multiple tanks to cater for the different weight ranges, which are all controlled by automated control systems.
We have BE-MA-TEX winder that rewinds your yarn to a set density and length whilst applying a lubricant if required.
This is the process that takes yarn from a cone and put it onto a beam ready for bleaching or dyeing. We can creel up to 640 ends on to each individual dye beam. We have 2 West Point creels that we use for this process.
Sized warps dramatically increases weaving efficiency. We can run up to 10240 ends together on to the weavers beam through the sizing process, thus allowing constant inspection throughout the entire warp beam.
We can bleach/dye up to four beams at a time at weights up to 100 kg per beam. We have full visual quality controls over the beams whilst dyeing.
With our state of the art Staubli leasing machine, we can supply a quality beam that is ready for the loom. Our Beam service is perfect for longer length warps, minimising waste, process time and cost, whilst applying size, which increases weaving efficiency.
We also carry a stock range of a limited number of colours and yarns. We work closely with English Fine Cottons and have a 48 shade range of colours on their supima star grade quality cotton yarns. We also work closely with other yarn spinners and yarn merchants to minimise lead times.
